Majestic Cinemas Internet Ticketing Policy

  1. Only movie tickets purchased through or are valid for redemption at a Majestic Cinema location.


  1. Payments on the Majestic Cinemas website are made through PayPal payment processing systems and conditions apply to the use of this service. For PayPal terms and conditions please see the PayPal website.
  1. Purchases made through any online channel will not be refunded online. Sales made online can be refunded onsite at Majestic Cinemas with the following conditions:


    1. The original credit card used to process the booking is available for the refund to be returned
    2. Tickets can be refunded at any time prior to the nominated start time of the film and not more than 20 mins after the nominated start time.
    3. Refunds will only be processed for the person whose name appears on the booking
    4. The original booking proof of purchase sent via Veezi ticket systems must be shown at the ticket box for the refund to be processed.
    5. Tickets may only be refunded at the site for which the tickets were purchased  online. If a ticket purchase was made for the incorrect location, no refund will be possible.
    6. The booking fee paid at the time of purchase online will not form part of the refunded amount.
  1. A $1.50 booking fee applies to all Majestic Cinemas tickets booked online.


  1. Movie tickets are sold subject to the classification rating issued to the film by the Office of Film Classification. Identification may be required upon entering the cinema for films rated MA15+ or R18+. Refunds will be issued to persons unable to supply sufficient identification to obtain entry.   1. Identification may be required upon entering a film where the tickets purchased online are for a concession, student, senior, Majestic Movie Club member or any other ticket type where a discount from full ticket price is obtained.


  1. Where a session has allocated seating, the seating will be issued on a “next best available” basis. Majestic Cinemas will make its best effort to ensure all customers receive the seat indicated on their ticket, however no guarantee is provided. In some circumstances, a reasonable seat change may be required.
  2. Where a session does not have allocated seating, Majestic Cinemas will not guarantee access to any particular seat in the theatre. Seats are issued on a “first come, first served” basis, so please ensure you arrive at the cinema in sufficient time to obtain your preferred seats by securing a prominent position in the line.
  1. Majestic Cinemas does not provide online sales where a Majestic Cinemas voucher or a third party voucher are being redeemed for entry. Please take these vouchers into your nearest Majestic Cinema to redeem tickets at the box office.


  1.  Majestic Cinemas, its directors, officers, employees and agents exclude all liability to you and any other persons who use a product or service you have purchased from this Site including liability for any consequential loss or damage, indirect, incidental, special damages, or loss of business or profits.
